Optinary, a global brand, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users and software tools.
The Company’s trading platform is operated by Quadcode (Software).
The Company endorses, incorporates and approves the Quadcode Vulnerability Disclosure Program (Program), which is part of the Software’s proactive measures to identify and manage vulnerabilities. The Program is intended to minimize the impact of any security breaches in the Software and, subsequently, in the Company’s and/or its users’ tools. The Program welcomes investigative work on In-Scope Security Vulnerabilities (as defined in the Program) carried out by well-intentioned and ethical security researchers who in good faith discover In-Scope Vulnerabilities in the Software and, subject to the terms and conditions of the Program, are rewarded with a Benefit (as defined in the Program).
THE PROGRAM AND ITS TERMS CAN BE FOUND ON THE QUADCODE WEBSITE
If there is any inconsistency between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Program, the terms of the Program will prevail solely with respect to the Program.
